Overview:

Refer a friend is an offering that allows users and customers to refer Omio to their friends and family thereby creating a channel of low-cost acquisition and retention compared to other marketing channels.



Objective:

Our GTM campaign objective was to raise awareness for Refer a Friend and increase engagement, app install and booking volume.




The Execution:

We created assetsacross the entire customer funnel - from awareness & education, to consideration & purchase and re-engagement, on our marketing channels and within the product.
